Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Emirates Visa Center strives to provide transparent and fair service. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

2. Service Fees

Our professional service fees are generally non-refundable once we have started processing your application or submitted it to the authorities.

Refunds of service fees may be considered only in the following cases:

• We are unable to process your application due to an error on our side
• You cancel the application before we have submitted it to the authorities (subject to a possible administrative charge)
• Duplicate payment was made by mistake

3. Government / Immigration Fees

Fees paid to the UAE government (GDRFA / ICP) are collected on your behalf and are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application (approval or rejection).

4. Visa Rejection

In the event of visa rejection by the UAE authorities:

• Government fees are non-refundable
• Our service fee is generally non-refundable as the service of processing and submitting the application has already been provided

We will assist you with possible next steps where applicable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing within 7 days of the relevant event, providing:

• Full name and application reference number
• Reason for the refund request
• Payment details / transaction reference

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
