Emirates Visa Center is a professional visa consultancy that assists clients with UAE visa applications, including Tourist Visa, Business Visa, Transit Visa, Family Visit Visa, and Visa Extensions.

We act as a facilitator and consultant. Final approval of any visa is solely at the discretion of the UAE immigration authorities. We do not guarantee visa approval.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
• Submit all required documents within the requested timeframe.
• Ensure your passport has sufficient validity (usually minimum 6 months).
• Pay all applicable service fees as agreed.
• Inform us immediately of any change in your contact details or travel plans.

Providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection or legal consequences for which we hold no responsibility.

4. Service Fees and Payment

All fees quoted are for our professional services and government charges (where applicable). Fees must be paid in full before we submit your application, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once payment is made and the application is submitted to the authorities, the service fee is generally non-refundable.

5. Processing Times

Processing times mentioned on our website or by our team are estimates only. Actual processing time depends on the UAE immigration authorities and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

6. Visa Approval and Rejection

Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the UAE government authorities. Emirates Visa Center is not responsible for any rejection, delay, or additional requirements imposed by the authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Emirates Visa Center shall not be liable for any visa rejection or delay, loss of travel plans, flights, hotels, or other expenses due to visa issues, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fee paid by you.
